Jiangsu Changjing Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. (JSCJ), founded in November 2018, with its headquarters in the Industrial Technology Research and Innovation Park in Jiangbei New Area, Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, and subsidiaries and offices in Shenzhen, Shanghai, Beijing and Hong Kong etc, is an enterprise specializing in the research and development, manufacturing and sales of semiconductor products.

JSCJ has two categories of products, wafers and their finished products (discrete devices, power management ICs). The product range is diverse and complete. JSCJ’s diodes, bipolar transistors and MOSFETs with complete product series and models are in a leading position in the domestic market; the new products such as IGBT and third-generation semiconductor products have completed the construction of product system, and the product models are being continuously improved. The power management ICs represented by LDO, DC-DC, lithium battery protection and other ICs have also reached the domestic mainstream level. Moreover, the JSCJ’s products have covered consumer-grade, industrial-grade and automotive-grade standards, and are widely used in the fields of consumer electronics and industrial electronics, which can meet customers’ one-stop procurement needs.
