Shenzhen Jingdao Electronics Co., Ltd. was established in 1994 with registered capital 40million Yuan, which concentrates on switching power supply design, power management IC, power device packaging chip design, testing, sales, technical services. As a national level high-tech enterprise, our company is a member of China Semiconductor Industry Association.

   There are more than 200 staffs, over 50 of them have a college or above education including several doctors, masters and senior engineers who work in technical and managerial position. Our company has received “Guangdong Famous Trademark” and several patents. We have strong R&D capability. Many new products are developed and put into mass production by our company every year.

   We have 7800㎡ production workshop, international advanced automatic production equipment and testing instruments, including 1200 ㎡10000-grade purification workshop. The production capacity reaches 7 million pcs / day. The annual output value is over two hundred million Yuan for several years. We implement strict quality management system, and have received ISO9001 Quality Management System,  ISO14001 Environmental Management System, QC080000 Hazardous Substance Process Management system and ESD20.20 Electrostatic Discharge Protection Management System  certification. Products have passed the Intertek test of WEEE 2002/96/EC and reached the EU RoHS 2.0 and REACH directives.

    Our main products are Power Management Integrated Circuits, Power Field Effect Transistors, Schottky Barrier Diodes,  Bipolar Transistors,and so on. The packaging forms are mainly SOT23-3/4/5/6、TSOP-4、SOP-7/8、ESOP-8、DIP-6/7/8、TO-251、TO-252、TO-220、TO-220F、TO-262、TO-263、TO-247、TO-3P and so on. Our products are mainly used in LED drive power, adapter, inverter, computer switching power supply and all kinds of chargers.
